The ROD ASSEMBLY SPANNER is for the fastening and releasing of the male couplings from the female coupling. It is important to ensure that the male couplings are secure before putting the rods into any pipeline. Loose couplings can lead to the rods coming loose in the pipeline. Sabricon spanners have the design feature that they won't slip off the rods like a regular spanner. The head is also shaped to stop the male coupling from stripping.
